Originally built in 1912, this 72,000 square foot department store is a Historic Landmark in downtown Lake Charles, Louisiana. The renovation will transform the old department store into mixed use to include retail, office and residential units. Once the building is restored to its original appearance, "Muller's Lofts" will be placed on the National Historic Register. Development financing will utilize Historic Tax Credits and Bond Financing to fund the project.
