This urban redevelopment project consists of a total re-imaging and redevelopment of the McDaniel Glenn Housing Project built in the 1950's. The project site consists of 41 acres and is only 1/2 mile south of the State capital. The creative redesign includes 203 townhouses and single family homes, 1,000 multi-family units, and 20,000 S.F. of mixed use space. GWL has been chosen as the General Contractor for all infrastructure improvements, including streets, storm water management systems, water distribution system, sanitary sewer systems, streetscape, and landscaping.
