GWL Construction-Louisiana LLC was born out of the devastating hurricanes that occured during the fall of 2005. Shortly after Katrina, Roger Landry of GWL Construction made a trip to his home state of Louisiana to evaluate the damage to his personal real estate. During that visit, he was asked again and again for construction assistance from his many friends, business contacts and even strangers. He realized earlier in that first visit that he had the necessary business resources including a Louisiana Contracting License, a Georgia construction company, local contacts and the availability of labor and materials to faciliate the recovery efforts in Louisiana.
